Each year the West Coast Auto Group recognizes and celebrates its employees who have completed 5, 10, 15, 20 plus more Years of service. These awards are ordinarily presented during an Awards Banquet hosted at one of our local venues.

This award is not simply for showing up to work each day but to recognize the reasons that made these employees stay for such a long time, including achievements, work relationships and shared successes.

Each employee is presented with a figurine commemorating their milestone and then congratulated in front of their peers.
