In 2016 Lauren Gallacher started as our West Coast Toyota receptionist, in 2017 she moved over to West Coast KIA to become our full-time receptionist. Now Lauren has come full circle and is back at West Coast Toyota but this time she’s putting her pleasant demeanor and can-do attitude to work assisting our customers in the role of Service Advisor. Lauren is an amazing worker and a huge asset to her team. She loves the people that she works with and that everyone is so considerate of one another.

When not working, Lauren loves to spend her time outdoors, hiking, running, snowboarding, yoga, rock climbing, trail building and travelling. She says her 6 year old dog Dexter is her best companion however in the photo below, she is borrowing her co-worker Kevin’s dog Daikon, who is still a little young to hike on his own, so like a true friend she carries him over the tough spots. In the past 2 years, Lauren has hiked a total of 2,765km and has travelled to faraway places like Iceland to clock some of those kms.
