Sales & Leasing Consultant aka Product Advisor Neil Kirkwood has been with West Coast Toyota for almost 4 years! Neil says the biggest enjoyment that he gets from working with the many customers that come through our door comes from getting to hand over the keys when it’s time to pick up their new vehicles, especially the excitement on the faces of those customers that are buying their very first vehicle!

Neil says the environment that he gets to work in with our newly renovated facility and the always friendly co-workers makes coming to work feel more like fun and family rather than a job. Neil does take his work seriously which is probably why last year he was very proud and honoured to receive the Toyota Canada Pinnacle Award for Customer Satisfaction.

Neil would like to give a big shout out and thank you to all of his satisfied customers and the positive surveys that keep coming in. Neil hopes to continue that streak and surpass the expectations of his future customers.

When not working Neil loves to spend time with his wife Sandy and 2 grown children and hopefully one day a few grandchildren. Neil also says that Wesley their dog is a huge part of the family and named after his wife’s adored grandfather. Yard work and movies keep Neil occupied and when time permits he and Sandy are off to Kamloops where they enjoy spending time with family and friends.
