More than ten thousand people were evacuated when forest fires threatened their homes in British Columbia. Communities across the province were evacuated as firefighters battled the blazes around the clock and strong winds continued to fuel the fires.

Employee Spotlight

This month, we are featuring Gerard Favis our Vehicle Marketing Strategist as our employee spotlight! Gerard has just started working with West Coast but has worked in the automotive industry for 7 years! Gerard grew up around cars, one side of his family is all mechanics. He said it just felt comfortable going into the industry! Gerard’s favorite thing about working in the industry is getting to tailor each customer’s experience to their needs!

Outside of work Gerard loves to spend time with his family! He also enjoys PC/ console gaming and paddle boarding whenever he gets the chance! Gerard’s favorite quote is “My goal is to be better than I was yesterday. I will never attain this goal” – Simon Sinek
