This month, we are featuring one of our service team members, Eric Hsieh. Eric has been with the West Coast Auto Group for just over a year and a half but has been in the automotive industry for 4 years. Before working in the auto group Eric was an apprentice at a local car repair shop in Taiwan! He brings excellent knowledge to the position!

He enjoys working with the team at West Coast Nissan and all of the customers! Eric’s goal is to always provide a personalized service experience. He realizes everyone has a different background and needs, and bases his customer relationships off this.

In Eric’s free time, he enjoys hiking and reading historical books! He has a cat named Natasha that is the love of his life (meow). His favorite quote is “Sometimes life is going to hit you in the head with a brick. Don’t lose faith.”
