This month our employee spotlight is on our Fixed Operations Manager, Dan Desharnais. Dan works for both our West Coast Nissan and West Coast Ford Lincoln dealerships and has been working with the West Coast Auto Group for 15 years.

Dan`s job consists of many important roles, on any given day he is our personal janitor, garbage man, plumber, electrician, handy man, in-house IT guy, and most importantly, our Fixed Operations Manager. As a Fixed Operations Manager, Dan ensures our Service Department and Parts Departments are working together for all of our customers needs. Dan`s role is vital to our dealership and he is well respected amongst his co-workers.

Dan has worked in the Automotive industry for 29 years and counting! He is a huge asset to our team! When Dan was asked what he most enjoys about his job he responded with, “I enjoy seeing the results of everyone working together. I really enjoy the people I work with, making jokes and having fun on a day to day basis”.

When Dan is not at work, he spends a lot of his time riding his motorcycle, spending time in his yard, pool and camping with his family. Dan is looking forward to going camping and doing some road trips this summer!
