This month, we are featuring one of our Finance Managers, Crystal Brouwer. Crystal has been in the automotive industry for 12 years, she has worked at several of our other West Coast Auto Group locations, including West Coast Toyota, West Coast Ford Lincoln and West Coast Nissan. She has been with Nissan for 6 years.

She enjoys working with the team at West Coast Nissan and all of the diverse customers. When it comes to customer experience the most important thing to Crystal is understanding individual customers wants and needs. What is important to them, and how she can best assist them in making the car buying experience stress free and an easy process.

Crystal spends her days off with her family, including playing with her son, Ben! She spends a lot of her time on the boat, fishing with her husband, Frank.
