Rick Cope – Rick came to West Coast KIA in September 2016 as a lot person, quickly becoming our lot manager. At one point Rick threw his hat on the sales floor but the call of the lot soon got to him and he missed keeping things organized so he switched back. Rick takes tremendous pride in having the lot as clean and as organized as possible. He and his wife Sara have 2 grown sons and a granddaughter. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, spending time with his wife and enjoying the outdoors, which includes camping. His coworkers said that no matter what the problem is he’s always willing to help, he goes above and beyond and is always working his tail off looking out for the dealership.

Sergio Amate – Starting at West Coast Mazda in June of 2015 as the General Sales Manager Sergio has been the key reason for the strong growth of West Coast Mazda new and used vehicle sales as well as our customer satisfaction. most of his spare time is spent with his daughter Anna watching her shine on the basketball court and soccer field. His coworkers said that Sergio is very good at his job and takes care of business, pumps up the team and really cares about the dealership and treats everyone with respect.

Brad Blok – Brad was with us for several years and then left for a while to return in 2017, he is our main glass installer but also excels in all areas of accessory installation. Brad has been a key driver in the huge growth that West Coast Detail & Accessory Centre has realized over the past year. In his spare time, he enjoys working on home improvements, tinkering on his cars and is currently building a new stable for his wife Danielle’s horses. His coworkers said that he has a stellar work ethic, always upbeat and never gets frustrated with any job.

Matt Brain – Matt started with West Coast Ford Lincoln in 2017 and is our Senior Lot Attendant. Matt is one of the guys everyone relies on to make sure the lot is neat and the vehicles are clean and ready for delivery! Matt is very helpful and has a great attitude. Matt enjoys spending time with his family and his work family. When he is not at work he enjoys travelling and just recently was in Thailand and Australia! His co-workers said that he always goes above and beyond with a skip in his step and always looks out for the best interest of both the customers and staff. They also said Matt is friendly, always smiling and genuinely cares.

Glen Goodwin – Glen started with West Coast Nissan back in 2013 as our Assistant Parts Manager and was promoted to Parts Manager in 2015. Glen left in 2016 for a year but came back to West Coast Nissan in 2017! Everyday Glen takes care of our customers with exceptional service and knowledge. Glen is a Manager that helps our customers and our staff to grow our business. It is a pleasure to have Glen working for us. His co-workers said that he is always positive, respectful and kind towards employees and customers. He works hard every single day and takes pride in his work. Glen is married to his wife; Fay and they have two grown daughters and is an extremely proud Grandpa! During his down time, he enjoys watching the BC Lions and is an avid Datsun enthusiast, a dart player and enjoys having the odd Scotch!

Kevin Lin – Kevin started with West Coast Toyota in 2010 and has become one of our best technicians over the years. Kevin’s co-workers said that Kevin is always willing to help, honest and hardworking, has a great attitude and goes the extra mile.

Brendan Koch – Brendan started with West Coast Ford Lincoln in 2015 as a Certified Red Seal Technician. Brendan is one of the go-to guys in the shop. He is extremely helpful and has a great personality. Brendan goes that extra mile to make sure customers vehicles are fixed right the first time and fixed on time! Brendan is married to Danika and has two daughters. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and racing at Mission Raceway. His co-workers said he is extremely helpful, always there when you need him, dedicated, genuinely cares and is always looking out for the best interest of both the customer and staff.
