Kathy McInnes has been with West Coast KIA for just over 3 years as a Financial Services Manager. Kathy looks after all aspects of getting our customers approved and the coverages needed during the ownership of their vehicles.

Kathy loves to help people and to put smiles on their faces as she helps them get into their new vehicles.  When not working she enjoys spending time and supporting her two daughters as they represent British Columbia and the Fraser Valley in Highland Dance.  They also enjoy going to their RV at Harrison Lake and playing with the family cat and dog…oh and the occasional trip to Mexico when her busy schedule permits. 

Kathy was the proud recipient of the Employee Choice Awards in 2016 which is an honour given by her co-workers based on customer satisfaction, going the extra mile and being considerate of customers as well as co-workers.  Kathy was a clear winner in these areas and receiving the reward really touched her.
