Eric Lien is our Assistant Service Manager at West Coast Ford Lincoln. If you have visited our Service Department you likely would have seen Eric buried deep into tons of paperwork and consistently being run off his feet. Eric started with us in 2012 as a Service Advisor. In 2013 he was promoted to his current role as Assistant Service Manager. Eric has over 20 years of experience working in the Automotive Industry.

Eric enjoys his job because he enjoys the time spent with his co-workers. If you were to ask any of Eric’s co-workers, they would all say he is extremely hard-working and never stops! During his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, having BBQs and spending time with his two children. His goals for this year, you ask; play soccer and avoid COVID-19.
