2020 Ford Edge ST-Line
Great Value & Eye-Catching Style (+video)

Edge ST-Line at a Glance:

  • Edge ST sales have outperformed the previous Edge Sport model
  • Now, the new Edge ST-Line offers a new choice for SUV customers who prefer Edge ST’s performance-inspired interior and exterior but don’t need its full power and performance
  • The Edge ST-Line is available to order today with standard 2.0-litre EcoBoost® engine, quick-shifting 8-speed transmission and available Ford Co-Pilot360® Assist Plus driver-assist technology

“Edge ST continues to break new ground with terrific styling, powerful performance and smart technology,” said Craig Patterson, Ford SUV marketing manager. “But some customers want style and value and don’t need all of the horsepower. For them, Edge ST-Line hits the bulls-eye – again.”

Edge ST has been a sales success. Since its 2018 introduction, sales have outperformed the previous Edge Sport model. In 2019 and 2020, nearly 13 per cent of all Edge sales were ST models.

With a starting price $8,600 CDN less than Edge ST, Edge ST-Line shares the same aggressive looks and includes all of the smart driver-assist technologies Edge customers can enjoy – advanced features that help take the stress out of driving.

Edge ST-Line styling inspired by Ford Performance includes a unique ST-style grille with body-coloured bumpers, black ST beltline moulding combined with lower sport cladding, standard fog lamps and signature LED lighting with dark bezels. Black roof rack side rails, 20-inch gloss black aluminium wheels and unique Edge ST-Line badging further enhance the look of the new SUV.

Inside, there is a unique steering wheel with “sport”-inspired red stitching, Dual-Zone Electronic Automatic Temperature Control (DEATC) and special Cabin Particulate Air Filtration to keep you safe and comfortable. In fact, the list of standard interior features is extensive and includes conveniences such as steering-wheel-mounted audio controls, an auto-dimming interior rear-view mirror, cargo area LED lights, wireless charging pad for your smartphone, a remote start system, a hands-free foot-activated rear liftgate, and much more.

For a fun-to-drive experience, Edge ST-Line comes standard with a 250-horsepower twin-scroll 2.0-litre EcoBoost® engine featuring Auto Start-Stop, 8-speed automatic transmission and available all-wheel-drive capability. The Edge ST-Line also features cutting-edge Active Grille Shutters and a Front Air Curtain to keep aerodynamic drag to an absolute minimum. Fuel mileage is impressive for a 5-passenger SUV, earning a L/100KM 10.2 City/ 8.1 Hwy rating.

All Edge ST-Line vehicles are front-wheel drive and feature sophisticated independent front and rear suspension. Ford’s proprietary AdvanceTrac® with RSC® (Roll Stability Control™) and Curve Control will keep you in control and the electric power-assisted steering and four-wheel vented disc anti-lock braking system will help make sure you avoid any obstacles and/or stop in time.

All ST-Line Edge’s also feature Traction Control, Torque Vectoring Control, Post-Collision Braking and Hill Start Assist. Everything you need to feel safe and secure when you’re on the road. Add Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD) for even more confidence and capability.

Edge ST-Line comes loaded with technology including standard SYNC® 3 with Apple CarPlay™, Android Auto™ and Waze™ compatibility, plus a wireless phone charging pad. Ford Co-Pilot360® Assist Plus technology – featuring Enhanced Active Park Assist, Evasive Steering Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop-and-Go, Lane-Centering and All-Wheel-Drive Disconnect – is optional.
