This month the Employee Spotlight is on our Service Receptionist, Brittany Kaufmann. Brittany has been working at West Coast Ford Lincoln for over 3 years; when she first started she was our Evening Front Desk Receptionist. She was promoted to be our Service Receptionist shortly after and has now been in the Service Department for over a year and a half.
