Inductees and guests alike were treated to a Culinary showcase from local food industry entrepreneurs who featured delicious ‘sample sized’ portions to delight your taste buds.

Our own Monika Carmichael, Dealer Principal and General Manager, was inducted into the Business Hall of Fame surrounded by her family, her friends and her community. Monika took the stage gowned in navy and acutely aware of the strength it has taken to get to this moment as well as the support that has surrounded her throughout. The introduction to Monika, the video profile, and her acceptance speech were a heartfelt glimpse into her journey as both a woman and a successful business owner who knows her strength and values the determination and charter of those closest to her.

There wasn’t a dry eye in the house following her touching moment thanking her parents and the team of people that have been a part of her success. She dedicated her award to her late father, Frank Mandeljc, founder of Trent Valley Honda.

We couldn’t be more proud of the woman that leads our team and epitomizes what it means to be the “Queen of the Valley!”
