Sask Snow Show
Get an Early Start on Snowmobile Season

The 2019 Sask Snow Show will be held from Friday, November 1st to Sunday, November 3rd at Prairieland Park. Doors will be open from 4 pm to 10 pm on Friday, 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday, and 11 am to 5 pm on Sunday. The show regularly hosts more than 17,000 attendees over the course of the weekend, so come get an early start on the season with thousands of other passionate winter sports hobbyists.

A well-loved annual event, the Sask Snow Show is about everything snowmobile and offers something for everyone in attendance. All of the biggest snowmobile vendors, including Arctic Cat, Ski-doo, Polaris, and Yamaha will be there, as well as many smaller independent vendors. It is a family-friendly event that includes manufacturers’ displays of the newest snowmobiles, information on snowmobile tourism destinations, custom sled displays, trailers, clothing and accessories, snowmobile gear, vintage sled displays, and much more.

The Sask Snow Show is presented by the Saskatchewan Snowmobile Association (SSA), an organization dedicated to promoting snowmobiling in Saskatchewan in a manner that is both safe and environmentally responsible. The SSA also establishes and maintains snowmobile trails throughout the province, ensuring their safety and quality while enhancing snowmobile enjoyment for riders of all skill levels.

During the show, the SSA will be putting on presentations about their organization as well as about their safety programs. There will be many other presentations taking place at the Sask Snow Show as well, including safety helmet demonstrations by Acquired Brain Injury Services and informational sessions on mountain riding from Avalanche Canada.

Perhaps the most exciting part of the Sask Snow Show is the numerous prizes and giveaways, giving you the chance to get geared up and ready to hit the trails for free. Some of the prizes being given away this year include outdoor clothing, snowmobile accessories, safety workshops, and two-night stays at Kenosee Inn and Cabins and Buck Country Outfitters.

The SSA will also be holding their annual 4Sled raffle to help raise funds for their snowmobile clubs and activities. Pick up a ticket at the show for just $2 for your chance to win either $10,000 or a brand new snowmobile from a selection of four models. The choice is yours!

If you want to experience the Sask Snow Show, then there are different ticket options depending on how many days you will be attending. A day pass, which provides admission for a single day of the show, costs just $15. A weekend pass, which provides admission for all three days, is a fantastic deal at $20. Kids aged 12 and under are free, so don’t hesitate to bring them along. Tickets are sold at the door and can be purchased with cash only.

No matter how many days you plan to attend, get ready to kick off your winter in a big way at the Sask Snow Show. Pick up all of the gear you’ll need for the coming season and maybe even find yourself a brand new sled to take on the trails this year as well.
