High-performance brand Dodge, synonymous with American muscle vehicles, recently announced the release of two limited-edition vehicles, the Mopar Dodge Challenger and the Mopar Dodge Charger.

The cars represent the pinnacle of engineering and craftsmanship, with 400 available for U.S. consumers and 40 destined for the Canadian market. Mopar says Dodge’s two-door and four-door muscle cars are perfect for continuing its annual tradition of offering exclusive, performance-oriented vehicles. It will test low-volume runs at its facilities, with factory-backed performance parts and accessories available from the Mopar Custom Shop as optional extras. Two hundred and twenty units of the Charger and Challenger are available, with 200 of each going to the U.S. and 20 per model crossing the border to the Great White North. Striking matte black and Mopar Blue accents will turn the heads of anyone lucky enough to drive away with one of these 2023 models.

Beastly Performance

Under the hood, the Mopar 2023 Challenger and Chargers have 392 HEMI V8 engines capable of offering a class-leading 485 bhp of naturally aspirated pure power. The Challenger comes with a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission for those who love stick shift, while the Charger offers a TorqueFlite 8-speed automatic transmission.

To ensure the vehicles meet performance standards, Mopar equips them with Widebody competition suspension and Bilstein three-mode adaptive damping, expertly tuned by SRT engineers. Brembo six-piston front brake calipers painted in Mopar Blue provide stopping power and round out the vehicle’s kit.

Exterior

In keeping with Dodge’s history of producing show-stopping vehicles, Mopar will customize the 2023 Challenger and Charger to be even more attention-grabbing on the road. Both models stand out with a Pitch Black Clear Coat exterior and unique matte-black graphics. Custom grilles, badges, valve stems, the eye-catching tracer strips on the hood and brake calipers come in Mopar Blue to give the vehicle a unique touch.

Perhaps the most impressive aspect of the new vehicle’s aesthetics is the carbon-fibre decklid spoiler, the first of its kind available exclusively on Mopar’s 2023 models. This kit enhances aerodynamics and makes the ride more aggressive, leaving an unforgettable impression for any onlookers.

Interior

Stepping inside the 2023 Dodge Charger and Challenger reveals more Mopar factory customization. The Mopar instrument panel badge, Carbon Suede Interior Package, and Alpine Audio Group sound system ensure the ride experience is second to none. The Plus Package brings a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, ventilated seats for hot summer days, and Scat Pack logos.
