This is a family classic that will have everyone coming back for seconds. You can whip this up in under 20 minutes and is delicious & nutritious.
Ingredients: 1lb ground beef Chopped vegetables (your choice) 2 spring onions
Sauce: 1/2 C brown sugar 1/2 C soya sauce (reduced sodium) 1 T sesame oil 3 T garlic 1/2 t ginger 1 t black pepper
Sauté the ground beef in a frying pan and cook through, set aside.
Drain off any excess oil from the beef.
Stir fry the vegetables & onion in a little olive oil until tender.
Add the sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve over some rice!
