Featuring MC Phoenix Phillips + Pie Cloud + Calgary Meals on Wheels + Pie Chuckees + Pie Chompers
FACES FULL OF PIE + nutritious Meals on Wheels for Calgarians in need!
The Chuck The Pie Chuck will feature public figures taking a pie to the face to raise funds for Calgary Meals on Wheels.
The well-known faces of Calgary will be covered in cream pie for their community! Those being pied will be dubbed “Pie Chuckees” and will wear goggles and a clothing cover to receive a cream pie gently tossed from a distance of five feet from our designated “Pie Chucker”.
Pie Chuckees will choose a fundraising goal and use a public pledge page to collect support for their charitable efforts.
Those getting pied must reach their fundraising goal in order to get a face full of whipped goodness!
The Chomp The Pie Chomp contest will feature competitors from the circle of Calgary’s prominent media personnel.
Reporters, anchors, editors, producers, directors – all act as the voice for the Calgary community. Let’s see how these mouths of information can handle this pie-ssignment, in a friendly competition between sources.
“Pie Chompers” will have their hands tied behind their backs and will be timed in eating a full berry pie to completion. The champion wins bragging rights, alumni distinction, and a congratulatory trophy. Chompers will have fundraising pages for public support of their charitable efforts. The Chomper with the most funds raised will win a catered lunch for their team to chomp on courtesy of Calgary Meals on Wheels and Pie Cloud!* *Maximum 20 people

Everyone deserves to be well-fed. Regardless of age, ability, or life-circumstances, we all have something to offer the world. It may be as simple as a smile, or it may be a testament to the courage everyday living requires— whatever shape our gifts take, they exist within all of us to share. At Calgary Meals on Wheels, we give the comfort of healthy, nutritious meals to anyone who needs it, so they can continue giving themselves to the world. What we aim to offer our clients is far more than full stomachs, we want to offer them the chance to be the heroes of their own stories.
