Richard Dela Pena joined the Brasso sales team in 2011. It didn’t take long for his extensive knowledge of the industry and the Nissan brand to elevate him into a manger’s role in 2016. He then became Brasso’s GSM in 2018. Richard enjoys making his coworkers laugh and he’s known as the jokester on the sales floor. Richard also looks for ways to help people; whether it’s cleaning the snow off of cars or mentoring staff in the dealership, he does it with enthusiasm and positivity.

When not at work Richard enjoys lighting it up on the basketball court.
