Over 80 staff members, vendors and suppliers participated in the 5th annual Brasso/Stadium Nissan charity tournament on September 9, 2018. HeatherGlen hosted a fabulous shotgun tournament for us and we are thrilled to announce we raised $5,508 for the YW Sheriff King Home emergency shelter. Thank you so much to everyone who participated and donated to our largest fundraiser of the year!

YW Sheriff King Home is a short-stay crisis shelter for women and their children leaving domestic abuse and violence. The shelter provides basic needs, including food and personal items, as well as individual domestic abuse counselling and support.

During their stay and afterwards, women and children can also access one-on-one support and referrals to help children understand and make sense of their experiences and feelings in a safe and supportive environment.
