New payment deferral program from Honda

Hi everyone, I hope this letter finds you and your families safe and healthy and I would like to thank our entire staff for dealing with this situation as well as they all have.

I want to share with everyone that Honda programs have continued for the month of April but now include a 6-month payment deferral option on all new finance contracts through Honda finance services. So, if you’re in the market for a vehicle or need to replace your current one and you’re worried about making payments, Honda is deferring payments by six months. They have also carried over all the March programs which were fantastic for those who wish to upgrade their vehicle.

I also want to mention that we have four salespeople – James Wright, Casey O’Neill, Calvin St Germain and James Rijneveld – working remotely from home to help our customers.

We also have our finance manager Rob Buckley working from home to answer any finance-related questions you may have. He is also able to submit credit applications for new loans and help guide our customers through the proper channels when seeking advice on deferring their current payments.

Scott McCulloch, our Retention manager is on standby working from home as well for all of our current customers.

And last but definitely not least, we also have Franny, our Customer Relations specialist, working from home to answer any questions and vehicle inquiries you may have as well.
