For the month of December, Grant Mason was our Top Sales Person at West Coast Ford Lincoln. Grant has been working here for almost a year and a half and definitely knows how to treat our customers right! Grant says, “We are here to meet the customer’s needs and I make that my top priority; I am pretty easy going and not high-pressure. I try to treat everyone the same way I would like to be treated if I were the one purchasing a car instead of selling it. I am flexible and I work with people’s schedules, often rearranging my own, in order to be there for my customers.”

Grant looks forward to coming in to work every day because he enjoys what he does and the time he spends here. He says, “All my co-workers and the people I meet are what I most enjoy about working at West Coast Ford Lincoln – it’s a great team and we are like a big family!”

When Grant is not at working, he enjoys going snowboarding, riding his motorcycle, going to the gym or hanging out with his friends.
