Meet Aaron Foster
Shop Foreman

Here at T&T Honda we like to boast about the centuries’ worth of cumulative technical service experience we have to offer. It doesn’t stop at just time spent under the hood of a Honda though. Our service techs also demonstrate a high level of expertise.

Take our Shop Foreman Aaron Foster. Aaron is a finalist in the 2016 Prairie Zone Technician Recognition Event. All competitors are required to take a rigorous series of classroom and online courses. Only two other technicians from the Prairie Honda Zone have reached this level. Aaron squares off against his rivals on June 14 to see who will take the prize and move on to the national competition.

Aaron seems to have been born for his job at T&T Honda. His father was an automotive technician. Aaron’s dad tried to dissuade him from entering this profession but it must have been in his blood because Aaron fell in love with just about anything do with nuts and bolts early on.

One of Aaron’s earliest jobs was as an oil change tech at T&T Honda back at our previous location in Sunridge. He did his original automotive apprenticeship elsewhere spending some time with Toyota and Acura but before too long he found his way back to T&T Honda where he has been for nearly 11 years.

Aaron is fiercely loyal employee of T&T Honda and passionate about Honda products. He has always been impressed with the intuitive approach to engineering that Honda has taken, and the enduring reliability of Honda vehicles. He jokes that if your Honda fails to start the first thing that you should do is check the gas.

Aaron is a native Albertan – almost. He was born in England but has lived in Alberta since before he was three. His family made their way to Edmonton in 1982 and finally to the Calgary area in 1996.

Family and church are the mainstay of Aaron’s life. In the last couple of years Aaron has been trying his hand at ice hockey. Better late than never! And it should come as no surprise that Aaron enjoys tinkering with and customizing his personal vehicle. It’s a Scion XB but we won’t hold that against him since there is a Honda in the family.
