2020 Canadian International Auto Show
The Auto Industry Comes to Toronto Feb 14-23 (+video)

Showcasing more than 1,000 cars, trucks and SUVs, the latest in automotive technology and featuring nostalgic classics, the Canadian International AutoShow has opened ticket sales for its 2020 show on February 14-23 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Presented by the Toronto Star and wheels.ca, the AutoShow is Canada’s largest consumer show, attracting nearly 360,000 annual attendees to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in each of the past two years. With another solid roster of new and interesting cars planned for the show floor in 2020, AutoShow General Manager Jason Campbell is confident this trend will continue.

Here are just a few of the special events also taking place during the show:

Head back to the 80’s & 90’s at the AutoShow

The Canadian International AutoShow is teaming up with the Oblivion Car and Culture Show to celebrate the cars from the 80’s and 90’s, the newest group of classic cars. The Oblivion Exhibit at the 2020 AutoShow is sure to transport you into the culture from our rear-view mirror.

The centerpiece of the OBLIVION exhibit at the AutoShow will be a replica of the DeLorean time machine made famous in the 1985 blockbuster Back to the Future, and a replica of the black 1982 Pontiac TransAm that co-starred as K.I.T.T. with David Hasselhof in the hit TV show Knight Rider.

Canadian Made Supercar Will Make its Ontario Debut at 2020 CIAS

The FELINO cB7, only the second-ever supercar made in Canada, will be showcased in Auto Exotica during the 2020 Canadian International AutoShow. Conceived and built in Montreal, the cB7 was a decade in the making — including extensive testing on the track — before the first production model rolled out of the shop in 2017. The next generation of the cB7, the road-legal cB7R, is available this year.

The World’s Most Exclusive Bugatti

Elegant and powerful, the latest hyper sports car from French automaker Bugatti will make its Canadian debut at the 2020 Canadian International AutoShow.

At its heart, the Bugatti La Voiture Noire is a modern re-interpretation of the classic Type 57 SC Atlantic. But it is so much more than its ancestor (which, was reaching speeds of 220 kilometres per hour 80 years ago). La Voiture Noire is powered by an iconic 16-cylinder engine that is unparalleled in the automotive industry, which pumps out 1,500 horsepower.

WGN Forza 7 Championship Returns!

The Grand Finals of the World Gaming Network Forza 7 Championship driven by Pfaff will take place February 23, 2020 at the Canadian International AutoShow. The finals will pit the remaining 16 racers across the United States and Canada, as determined by a series of qualifiers, against one another during one of the world’s biggest auto shows for their share of the $20,000 prize pool.

Beginning December 5th, players will be able to register online at worldgaming.com. Online qualifiers will take place on the WorldGaming tournaments platform beginning January 4th where players will be racing to clock their best times on four select tracks in Forza Motorsport 7.

For each of the first eight days of the AutoShow (February 14th to 21st, 2020), every attendee will have an opportunity to register their best lap time on the show floor to try and become one of the finalists. The top eight competitors from the AutoShow qualifiers will make up the 16 finalists that will compete in the Grand Finals on February 23rd.

Back by popular demand is the EV Test Drive Program!

A wide selection of electric vehicles from auto manufacturers will be on display, and available for test drives at the 2020 Canadian International AutoShow.
