I am a loyal Honda owner (8th car). Always loyal to Burlington Honda, that is until I relocated to Brantford for my retirement and started dealing with Brantford Honda. Their service, service agents and dealership reps are outstanding!! Never did I think I would run into another dealership with such outstanding service but I have. This dealership/service dept. just continues to wow me! They are polite, courteous, obliging – take good care of my car, I don’t get charged for things I don’t need, they pay attention when I have questions or am concerned… outstanding, top of the line – that’s Brantford Honda. Thank you for your fabulous service and friendliness. I always have a good laugh when I am in there… I’m a flight attendant and know what it’s like to deal with ill-tempered people… it makes me happy and relieved to know there are good people out there, doing an amazing job. Kudos to you all.
