I just want to drop you a line to tell you about my recent experience I had with your dealership and the wonderful individuals involved that made the experience well beyond my expectations. I would like to acknowledge the following individuals for assisting me both from the initial purchase of my new 2018 Civic EX-T to my recent service appointment (more on this a bit later):

I am a long-time customer of your dealership and always bring my vehicles back to you for service – I could go to closer dealerships but I keep coming back and the following could explain why.

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of working with Kelli Oshanek to trade in my old Civic and purchase my new Civic. The purchase was unbelievably smooth, stress free and she made it a fun and enjoyable experience. As part of the sale I also had a hood deflector included, however, this was unable to be installed in time for when I wanted the car – no worries I setup a service appointment with Steve Jeles. Steve and his team accommodated my very busy schedule to get this installed this past Tuesday. As luck or fate would have it I was extremely busy with work on Tuesday and was running late for my appointment. Upon rushing out of work to get to my appointment on time I inadvertently ran over a curb in the parking lot where I work that damaged my new Civic – or so I thought! I got out of the car and looked at the damage and my heart just sank. I called Steve on my way to the appointment and told him I was running late and informed him of what I had just done. Steve was a calming voice during a very stressful moment. I arrived at service and spoke initially with Adam – again a very calming voice and assured they would do their best to fix what they could. While the vehicle was still in service Steve came over to assess the situation as well and assured me they would do their best. They proceeded to put the car up on a hoist, take the skirting off the car to assess the damage. While they were all working on the car I had to have a difficult phone call with my wife to inform her what I had done.

I want to thank Kelli, Steve and his entire team that worked on my car for an amazing job because they gave me back my car without any indication anything had happened! Truly an amazing job and I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart!

I will leave you with the following message – It’s really easy to lose a customer and more difficult to keep one. This experience has gone a long way to keeping me as a loyal customer and will stick with me.
